During the life of the original Trustee (You), your Living Trust can be changed or altered by you in any way that you see fit. You are in Absolute and Total Control of your assets. In fact, you have the power to completely cancel or eliminate your Living trust.

Upon the death of the original Trustee, your Living trust now becomes irrevocable and all of the directions and wishes that you established must be carried out by the Successor Trustee that you have selected.

An Irrevocable Trust cannot be revoked or undone once it is created, regardless of the living status of the original creator of the Trust(Trustor). It is simply and completely un-alterable.
